about
I've loved photography for as long as I can remember. I chose however to make a career in TV. This eventually brought me back to my true love.
I studied film and television in my early 20’s and shortly after, found my first job in the TV industry in a large post production company. I stayed in post production for several years and then made the move to
London, like so many Aussies do, to explore the world and see what it had to offer. I was lucky enough to enjoy a fantastic year working at MTV Studios in Camden, London. This was my introduction to live
television.
Upon returning to Sydney I continued working in live television for many years as a Producer. In my early 30’s I transitioned into Art Directing where I had the opportunity to work not only in live television, but
also with print and web mediums. Art Directing photo shoots quickly became the most enjoyable part of my job and it inspired me to take my own photography more seriously.
While working and starting a family I started to study photography. It quickly became clear that I had found my passion.
While some photographers like to work across a broad spectrum, I like to work with people. I love faces, I love the innocence of children, I love to bring out the inner beauty in people and most of all I love
capturing the moment.
I would love to photograph your family, your children, your event or your wedding!
And on the commercial side of things, I’d love to shoot your head shots, your ad campaign, catalogue or whatever it is you may need.
I have a wonderful partner that I work with for larger events such as weddings, large parties and commercial jobs whose portfolio is available upon request. For smaller, more intimate shoots, I work alone.
I am based in Sydney but I’m happy to travel to wherever you may need me.
